These commitments are set out in our operating procedures and controlled forms. They apply from the first load, and they are what customers, insurers and funders can hold us to.

Documented procedures
Every trip follows the same written steps, from quotation and booking to delivery, invoicing and filing.

Daily vehicle inspection
Truck and trailers are checked against a written checklist before every departure. Defects are reported before the vehicle moves.

Two drivers per trip
Each trip is crewed by two professional drivers holding Code EC licences and valid professional driving permits.

Satellite tracking
Truck and trailers carry tracking units, so the position of a load can be confirmed at any point on the route.

Secured overnight stops
Overnight stops are made only at secured, access-controlled truck stops, never at the roadside.

Border papers checked first
Permits, customs documents and driver papers are checked against a list before the truck leaves Johannesburg.

Secured, legal loads
Loads are restrained, sealed and photographed before departure, and kept within legal axle and combination mass limits.
- 08
Signed proof of delivery
Every load is signed for at delivery. Any shortage or damage is written on the consignment note before the receiver signs.
Our vehicles keep to legal speed limits. For us, a swifter trip comes from better preparation, not a heavier foot.
